Patients who have acne usually suffer with scars and skin depressions, its direct consequences. Treating acne scars requires experience, technical and modern equipment, such as fractionated CO2 laser, launched in Brazil in 2008.

Until recently, this type of treatment was very challenging. However, filling techniques and modern lasers have facilitated this treatment and enabled them to achieve amazing results.

The full filling procedure is to evaluate the patient, and in every scar, make a small subcision to get a small "decoupling" of fibrosis and adhesion of the skin. This minimizes the depressed aspect.

The whole treatment of filling acne scar is performed in 2 sessions, approximately, if indicated after a medical evaluation. After the two sessions, probably some small acne scars will remain, and subjected to laser treatment.
