"Lymphatic drainage is performed with the hands of the physiotherapist. "

Lymphatic drainage is performed with the hands of the physiotherapist. It promotes the release of the lymph nodes, with a gentle pumping in specific regions of the body like armpits, neck, groin, legs and heels. The movement can be aesthetic and therapeutic. A simple technique is the smooth sliding out with your hands, with the aid of an oil or cream, into the lymphatic circulation.
